Agreed. I feel like Wordpad, with the ability to open .doc and .docx files, would suffice.
And have Graphpad, a basic spreadsheet app, with the ability to open .xls and .xlsx for excel. :)

Yea, Rust was just as bad, same with Shipment in COD4. Those types of small maps are fun, like once every 50 games or so, just to break the flow a little, and run and gun. And I don't really have a problem with Nuketown itself, per se, but when you have totally abysmal spawns, it just sucks. If the spawns were better, my view of many maps would be much more favorable. I'm looking at you Array and Summit :mad:
I liked Rust because it was a small open map. When they made Rust be a rare map, it made it really enjoyable. It also exposed the hardcore noobs because if you camped on Rust, you are by far the biggest noob of them all( especially on the top of the tower thingy). :D
In MW2, I got into knifing( commando pro+marathon+ light weight+ light weaponry+tactical knife). Terminal and Rust were my favorite maps to go knife on. I hated Afgan and Estate( I would snipe on those maps).

As a developer, this will be pain in the ass!
Retina Displays have exactly the double number of pixels with the same resolution, having a second resolution is a giant step to gain one of the crappiest features of Android. I really doubt Apple would do that.

How come people still keep picking up on this point, it surprises me, especially from a developer. A larger screen doesn't necessarily mean problems for apps, a change in resolution does. That, coupled with the previous rumors of a bigger screen with the same resolution mean that if this is true, it doesn't make any difference to developers because there will be the same number of pixels in the screen. No, it very much is an issue, but I think this is an issue we should look into after the "timer" portion is working.

I'm a Nazi zomb expert (and I do mean expert) and let me say that they made it hard this time around. It seems to be made specifically for the cult players. If you couldn't get past lvl 15 in the last levels, you aren't grtting past 4-5 here.
I'm similar... the key to doing well this time around is to communicate with the other players. :p
The classic zombie maps from WaW are a vast improvement this time around, the graphics are much better.

Unix has it's flaws too. I certainly think that NT is reaching a certain maturity to be considered just-as-good as Unix.

This arguement will go around and around in circles, but look, people could have been saved if the administration had not cut funds to FEMA and redirected them to the war in Iraq. If Bill could get impeached because he got head, then is it unreasonable to hold George acountable for this?

What I loved.... Apple TV update and Time Capsule was a nice surprise!
What I'm happy about.... the iPhone update! Nice! (but see below)
What is nice but I can't use... MacBook Air. Cool... expensive, but cool.
Disappointments... $20 iPod Touch Update? WTF? That one came from nowhere??? 24 hours to watch a movie... Lame! I really think it should be 72 hours at least... then it would ROCK! And back to the iphone update... what about copy and paste? Erasing multiple emails? Please be soon!!!
Overall... a nice job by Apple... I think it's all a step in the right direction, but as with most Apple things... 1.0 is cool... 2.0 is kick-butt and worth it... speaking of which... time to get an AppleTV. :-)

Well, if Apple's going to do it this year, it will most likely be before the end of October. Much later than that and they'll miss a chunk of the holiday shopping season. Wanna grab people before they've ordered their Wiis and PS3s.
