Tony Romo and Candice Crawford Tie The Knot: Celebrity Couple of the Week

Congratulations to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and his new bride, former beauty queen turned sports reporter Candice Crawford. The two were wed this evening in Dallas with a reported 600 people in attendance to witness the nuptials. In their honor, we have named them our Celebrity Couple of the Week. They were wed at swanky Arlington Hall at Lee Park at 6:30 PM. Dallas Cowboy legends Troy Aikman and Roger Staubach could be seen arriving at the nuptials, as well as some of Romo’s teammates – Miles Austin, Leonard Davis and Dez Bryant. Jerry Jones had to get special permission from the NFL to attend the wedding, you know, because of a little thing called the lockout. Earlier today, TMZ posted photos of the huge tent that was erected on the grounds at Arlington Hall. According to Todd Fiscus, the couple’s wedding planner, Arlington Hall was chosen for a reason. “They wanted to be in Dallas and they wanted to be in a natural setting.
